People still see marijuana as a dangerous drug. They might even think of you as an addict no matter what you are using it for. That is why I decided to tell my story to show you how amazing marijuana is. It is a life-changing way of healing through herbal methods.

I have really band anxiety, so my friend recommended CBD. Getting high is not my thing and I don’t like weed, so I initially declined. Since I’m a fan of natural healing, I decided to read up on it. I found out a few things that helped me change my mind.

CBD or cannabidiol is legal and natural. It does not get you high unlike THC. THC is the only component of weed that gives you feeling of euphoria. I would not need to acquire a card for medical marijuana to be able to purchase CBD so I thought I would give it a try. Click here for more info on this subject

I decided to order CBD oil online. My nerves were getting to me when I first try it. Here is what happened.

First Day

Dosage: 2 full droppers

The seller recommended me this dosage. This would be equal to around nintey milligrams of CBD oil. It tasted a bit like ash.

Results: I really wanted to hit the sack. My bed was calling to me like a singing siren. I use this app to gauge the quality of my sleep, and it said I got a hundred percent. Nothing bad happened.

Second Day

Dosage: 1 full dropper

I lowered my dosage because of how sleepy the 2 full droppers had made me. I was planning on going to the cinema and didn’t want to fall asleep during the movie.

Results: I felt quite calm throughout the day. I had no body pain at all after work.

Third Day

Dosage: 1 full dropper, 25mg per serving

I tried a different variety that only had twenty five milligrams per dropper.

Results: Everything went on normally. I did not feel much.

Fourth Day

Dosage: 2 1/4 full droppers

I went back to my previous product on this day. Since nothing much has happened previously, I scaled my dosage up a bit. I had a long drive ahead of me, which would usually last around four hours. Driving really triggered my paranoia and anxiety. I usually get my panic attacks in cars.

Results: It felt like a miracle. My driving-induced panic attacks usually last an hour. When I felt the feelings of anxiety creeping in, I took the CBD oil. In a few minutes, I was able to relax. Hours passed and I felt hungry and started losing focus. I ate quite a lot compared to my usual appetite. I felt overwhelmed.

Fifth Day

Dosage: 1/2 dropper

I might have had too much the day before. I decided to lower my dosage significantly.

Results: Nothing but calm and relaxation. I did not get any panic attacks at all.

Sixth Day

Dosage: 1 full dropper

Feeling much better, I increased my dosage again. My day was mostly relaxed. Driving around, I did not feel any anxiety at all. Coffee usually gives me panic attacks, but I was even able to have a few cup fulls.

Results: I felt completely calm and slept well..

Seventh Day

Dosage: 2 full droppers

I mentally prepared myself for any hunger pangs after scaling the dose up.

Results: Sleep was amazing. I found it hard to get up the next day.

Final Puff

It’s taking me a while to find out what dosage of CBD is perfect for me but I will keep trying. Overall, the experience was great. It was a wonder how the CBD oil controlled the anxiety and panic attacks that usually plagued me daily. I don’t think I’ll need prescription drugs for now.

The positive effects don’t stop there. I can even use CBD oil to treat PMS, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, inflammation and pain. There are even studies that show how it can be used to control seizures and combat cancer.

Safety is not a problem with CBD oil and there are no adverse effects which is why I recommend it. Just make sure you get your right dosage and start at lower doses. The benefits you get from CBD outweigh any of the taboos associated with Medical Conditions.
